Order Products lets you order courier tickets and E-Packs quickly and easily from our website.

Why use it?

Our website is accessible 24/7, so you can Order Products anytime that is convenient for you in just a couple of clicks. The products you order will be delivered to you within 24 hours during the working week. 

Anyone with a New Zealand Couriers account and V.A.N. PIN number (the number you enter when booking a courier over the phone) can place an order via Order Products.

What do I need?

Before you start you will need:

  • Your company's phone number. If your company has multiple phone numbers then be sure to use the phone number that was given when opening your New Zealand Couriers account.
  • A VAN PIN number (the number you enter when booking a courier over the phone).
  • If you don't have a PIN number, or are unsure which phone number is linked to your account, you can get help by calling 0800 800 841.

You need to have a New Zealand Couriers account to use this online tool. If you do not have an account with us, you can find out how to open an account or call 0800 800 841 to either open an account now or to get more information.

How it works

To order new items with Order Products simply follow these steps:

  1. Click on the link Order Products from the black tool menu near the top right of every page on our website.
  2. Enter the phone number linked to your account.
  3. Enter your PIN number.
  4. Click on Submit.

  1. In the Order Products menu, find the product(s) you wish to order and enter how many units required before proceeding.
